Mikey quickly established himself in the , winning the tag titles along with Wayne just a few months after his debut, capturing the Championship in the 2004 Psycho Circus, and defeating Crusher Doogan in the November 2004 election to become the Commissioner. Since then, Mikey has continued to unleash hardcore-style mayhem whenever he gets the opportunity, with tables, chairs, garbage cans, hot dogs, ice cubes, rubber chickens, crutches... pretty much anything the ECW-bred maniac can get his hands on!
